Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Venus Shop footwear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:
- Be in original condition
- Be unworn with original tags attached
- Include all original packaging
Important Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals that have been tried on without protective footwear (like socks or stockings). Please inspect your sandals carefully before trying them on.
How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For international returns, you are responsible for shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- In your email, specify the new item/size you prefer
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking when your exchange ships
Note: If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund
- In most cases, we’ll cover return shipping costs for defective items
