At Venus Shop, we craft our boots, sandals, shoes, and sneakers with care and precision, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Unworn with original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Important Note:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals that have been tried on without protective footwear (like socks or stockings). Please inspect your sandals carefully before trying them on.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, please ship your return to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. In your email, specify the new item/size you prefer
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  4. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking when your exchange ships

Note: If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns

For customers outside the US:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
